It included 16 care center nurses from 7 HMC centers. Stacy, Fred, and Molly conducted the meetings with Jeff building the Keynote programs and production. Reviewing and processing the consistencies and inconsistencies logged by the nurses since our last meeting is helping create an action plan for management. Helping clients understand how to align their internal and external messaging is just one of the exciting emerging growth areas for The River.
